Wilcox: October 15, 1894

Chauncy Fowler returned from Menomonie last week.

L.J. Fulwiler accompanied by his wife and sister drove to Withee Wednesday.

Jim Owens had the misfortune to fall down stairs and was quite badly injured.

Mrs. Cole returned to Humbird last Wednesday.

Mart Lastofka returned from the north Wednesday.

Elmer Redmond is suffering from abscess in the bowels.. Dr. Lacey is attending him and we hope for a speedy recovery.

The hunters returned from their expedition to the northern part of the county Thursday. They got what daddy shot at.

Nellie McKimm and Mable Gibson were reported quite ill the past week.

Mrs. E.M. Rowe of Granton, was the guest of her parents last week.

Guy Smith captured two coons last week.

I. Fulwiler was down the past week with an attack of quinsey.

While Albion Snyder was riding his bicycle last Friday he was run into by a horse and buggy and knocked several feet, but beyond a big scare and a hard shaking up he was not injured.

A man from Hammond, Wis. was in this vicinity Monday buying hay with a view to baling and shipping it.

Rollie Lee came home from camp yesterday nursing a sore foot which he slashed with an ax.
