Our deepest sympathy is extended to Mrs. Clayton Vine and children in their sad bereavement.

Mr and Mrs. Eugene Downer and son Denny of Packwaukee came to spend Thanksgiving vacation at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Downer. They returned home Sunday morning.

Miss Kathry Downer attended a shower last Monday evening given for her sister-in-law, Mrs. Ted Downer by her friends in Neillsville.

Miss Neva Kier stayed with her sister Mrs. Carl Diercks last Monday and Tuesday while Mr. Diercks was working for Leo Williams.

The Mesdames Frank, Eugene and Ted Downer drove to Marshfield on Friday, taking Mrs. Frank Downer to the clinic for treatment.

Neva Kier helped her sister-in-law Mrs. Donald Kier, last Wednesday.

Mrs. Fred Kier called on Mrs. Korth, Wednesday afternoon.

Phillip and Wm. Trowbridge drove up from Plymouth last Monday for a short visit with their uncle, S. W. Rounsville and their cousin Mrs. Nyle Benedict, returning home Tuesday afternoon.

S. W. Rounsville called on Bert Walker Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Louie Nowack spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. Korth while Mr. Nowack went to see Chas. Rossow.

Mrs. F. Downer, Mrs. Kathryn, Elmer McNamee and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Downer took in the show in Neillsville Friday night.

Louise Korth visited Mildred Nowack Saturday and Wilbert and Walter Korth spent the afternoon with the Dorst boys.

Mr. Back called on Mr. Rounsville last Tuesday.

Elmer McNamee and Kathryn Downer spent Thanksgiving evening with the former's parents near Marshfield.

Mr and Mrs. Fred Kier and daughter had Thanksgiving dinner with their son Donald and family.

Mrs. Ted Downer drives a new car to Neillsville now, having trade *** Rest cut off***
