Otto Schulte, 79 (By News-Herald Correspondence)

COLBY, WIS. - Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. today (Monday) at Zion Lutheran Church for Otto Schulte, 79, a resident of Neillsville Memorial Nursing Home, who died Saturday.

The Rev. David Pankow, pastor, officiated and burial was made in St. Paul's cemetery in the town of Green Grove. The Lulloff Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Schulte was born June 9, 1889 in the town of Colby and was married in the town of Green Grove on Dec. 30 1913 to Cora Meyer. The couple farmed in the town of Colby until their retirement in 1957, when they moved to the city of Colby. For the past four years he had resided at the nursing home.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Evert (Dorothy) Johnson, Unity; Mrs. Ruben (Ruth) Kademan, Marshfield; Miss Audrey Schulte, Colby; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Emma Schuh, Rockford, Ill.

He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
