Charley Youngberg traded his 80 acres of hardwood land in section 13, in the town of Warner, for an 80 acre farm in the town of Beaver, owned by Wm. Shilling. Stock and machinery go with the deal, the difference being $2000 paid by Mr. Youngberg.
