UNITY, WIS. - Raymond Edenhofer, 83, of Unity died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, in the Emergency Room of Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Maurina/Community Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Raymond Edenhofer

UNITY, WIS. - Raymond Edenhofer 83, Unity, Wisconsin, died Wednesday Dec. 29, 2004, in the Emergency Room of Saint Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Services will be 1 p.m. today at Maurina Funeral Home, Abbotsford. Burial will be in Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.

Raymond was born Dec. 12, 1921, in Wausau to Alex and Ella (Deininger) Edenhofer. He was a decorated veteran serving in the U.S. Army during World War II. Raymond and Loretta Geoffery Paszek were married July 4, 1964. Raymond worked for Giddings and Lewis as a computer programmer and then retired to a farm near Medford.

Raymond is survived by his wife, Loretta of Unity; his children, Dennis (Leiann) Paszek, Eagle, Neb., Linda (Barry) Kolbe, Mazomanie, Cheryle (Hugh) McKiski, Loyal, Vicki (Howard "Vic") Phillips, Poplar Bluff, Mo., Russell Paszek, Pagosa Springs, Colo., Lois Edenhofer (Randy) Dean, Janesville, Corrine (Steve) McDermid, Holcombe, Debbie (Mike) Galvin, Osseo, Gary (Sharon) Paszek, Tomah; 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and his brothers and sisters, Donald Edenhofe, Okauchee, Eleanor Cole, Stoughton, Mass., Doris Garcia of Arvada, Colo., Alvin Edenhofer, Wausau, Alice Hable, Birnamwood, and Marion Schore, Schofield.
