Geo. Bentzler was a visitor at Plainfield the first of the week.

Mr. and Mrs. Ryan returned from Dodge County, Saturday, where they visited relatives.

Mr. and Rms. J. Steiner were over Sunday visitors at Oakfield and other points.

Frank Christianson and family were at Eau Claire, Sunday.

Miss Edna Bashford arrived home from Milwaukee, Saturday evening to spent her vacation here.

Mr. and Mrs. W. Lyons returned from LaCrosse where they visited their son and family.

Miss Daisy Smith and Leonard Loveland were married, June 18, at Neillsville. Their many friends wish them much happiness.

On account of the wash out the regular train Monday did not arrived from Marshfield until Tuesday.

Mrs. Eva Fox, who has spent several weeks here at the home of E. Gwin, returning to her home at Plainfield, Monday. She was accompanied by her aunt, Mrs. Stone of St. Paul, who also spent the past week here.

Mrs. Martin Christianson is a patient at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

Chas. Davel was surprised by relatives and friends last week Tuesday when they came in to help him celebrate his birthday. All report a very pleasant evening.

O. P. Cochran of Wisconsin Rapids came Tuesday to tune pianos for two weeks.
