Montgomery, Karen Kay (24 September 1983)

Karen Kay Montgomery and Adrian Brian Alleshaski were married September 24 at Faith Christian Church, 149 N. Central Ave.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Irving Montgomery, Neillsville, and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Alleshaski, Route 2, Loyal.

The Rev. Edwin Gungor performed the ceremony. Terry and Bonnie Wanta, Todd Kauer, Holly Pisors and John Mansavage provided music.

The bride, who was escorted to the altar by her parents, who wore a white organza and lace gown with chapel train, and a three-tiered matching veil. She carried a bouquet of lilac roses and white carnations.

Cynthia Montgomery, Bloomer, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Judy Jordahl and Ann Brennan, both of Neillsville, Kellie Bischel, Dowing.

They wore lilac gowns and carried bouquets of lilac roses and white carnations.

The bridegroom chose Larry Jennings, Chili, as best man. Groomsmen were Alan Alleshaski and Alvin Alleshaski, both of Loyal, and Bob Garbisch, Granton. Ushers were Paul Drach and Paul Martin.

A reception, dinner and dance at the American Legion Hall in Neillsville followed the ceremony.

The bride, who works at Lynn's Flower Shop in Marshfield, graduated in 1980 from Neillsville High School and this year from District One Technical Institute-Eau Claire. Her husband, a 1979 Granton High School graduate, is employed with Pluswood Wisconsin, Inc., Marshfield.

Following a wedding trip to northern Wisconsin, they will reside in Marshfield.
