Bio: Wescott, James (b. 1890)

At fifteen years of age, James Wescott was boarding in Colby, Clark Co., WI and working as a Teamster in a Livery Stable. He was an unmarried, white male who was born in Wisconsin, as were both of his parents. He was employed full-time, working all 12 months of the year.
