The Presbyterian Students' Home in Madison was the scene of a pretty marriage ceremony Monday afternoon, when Miss Anna Aase, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Aase, became the bride of the Rev. Charles A. Rawson of Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., son of Mr. Charles P. Rawson of Pardeville.

The Rev. M. G. Allison of Madison and the Rev. Finn of Green Bay officiated. Mrs. Carl Barstow and Marcus Aase, sister and brother of the bride, attended the couple.

The Home was beautifully decorated for the occasion. Following the vocal solo, "I Love You", the bridal party descended the stairs to the music of Lohengrin's wedding march. All during the ceremony soft tones of a violin were heard from an adjoining room.

After the ceremony the guests were served dainty refreshments. Later, the bridal party and relatives drove to Portage, where they were entertained in the home of Judge Kellogg.

The bride is a graduate of the Univ. of Wis. and has since taught in the Janesville and Mondovi High Schools. The groom is also a graduate of Wis. University. Since his graduation, he has been pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Pardeville and now has charge of the Presbyterian Church at Neillsville, in which town the couple will reside.

Beside the small group of friends, the following relatives were present at the wedding: Charles Rawson, Pardeville, Wis.; Judge and Mrs. A. F. Kellogg and son, Alonzo, Portage, Wis.; Mrs. David Collins, Hibbing, Minn.; Maurice Aase, Mondovi.

The Herald-New desire to associate itself with Mrs. Rawson's host of friends in Mondovi in wishing her and her husband many years of happy and useful married life. She is eminently fitted by her character and training for the new relation she has assumed. ( Mondovi Herald-News)

Rev. Charles Rawson has been pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Neillsville for more than two years past and has not only fostered and built up the work of the church, but has identified himself with many other activities of this city and the country around, greatly to the benefit and advancement of the community. His work among the children and young people has been especially helpful. There is no question that all the people here will extend to Mr. Rawson their heartiest congratulations and to his bride, who comes as a stranger among us, a warm and sincere welcome, in all of which the Press people gladly join.
