Koenings, Irene (Nov 1927)

(West Bend, Wis. Pilot)

The marriage of Albert Schwichtenberg of Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., and Miss Irene Koenings of Wallace Lake, town of Trenton, Wis., was solemnized Wednesday morning in St. Mary's Catholic Church at Barton. Rev. Father Ruhmann place the sacramental seal of life upon the young couple during a nuptial high mass at 8:30 o'clock. Attending the young couple were Miss Gladys Koenings, the bride's sister, as bridesmaid, and Otto Schwichtenberg as groomsman. A reception for the newlyweds followed the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Koenings, only nearest relatives attending. Miss Koenings is a winsome and popular young lady who possesses all the requisites essential in the making of a happy home. She has for some time been in the employ of the Enger-Kress Pocket Book Co. Mr. Schwichtenberg is an industrious young man, who is well thought of at his place of employment, the West Bend Aluminum Factory. Mr. and Mrs. Schwichtenberg will make their home temporarily with the bride's parents. Their friends join in extending congratulations and wishing the young couple a full measure of life's happiness.
