Mr. Ruben Hantke and Miss Genevieve Swann were quietly married at Winona, Minn., Monday, Aug. 1, 1927

The groom, who is the son of Otto Hantke, is well known here, having lived all his life in the town of Grant, Clark County, Wis. He is a young man of energy and fine character with a host of friends and business associates.

The bride, who is the young daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Swann of Chicago, formerly of this community. She graduated from the Neillsville High School with the class of 1926. For the past year she has successfully taught school. She has lived practically all her life in the town of Grant, and is known as a lady of excellent qualities and pleasing personality.

Mr. and Mrs. Hantke will make their home with the groom's parents, where Mr. Hantke will continue to carry on the work on his father's farm.

Their many friends wish them a happy and prosperous future.
