Kier, Viva (Marriage - 8 Nov. 1925)

Viva Kier and Carl Diercks were united in the Holy bonds of matrimony Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock, Nov. 8, Rev. Wilson Mallory officiating.

There were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Kier, cousins of the bride. The bride’s gown was of light gray Poiret twill fur trimmed and the groom was also dressed in gray. The bridesmaid and best man wore brown.

The bride is the older daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kier of York and the groom is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Diercks of York.

After the young people returned from Neillsville a supper was served to their immediate relatives at the Kier home.

There many friends extend congratulations and best wishes for their future happiness.
