Gooder, Margie (23 AUG 1924)

Mr. Arthur Evans and Miss Margie Gooder were married at Racine on Saturday, Aug. 23, 1924.

The groom is the son of Mrs. George Evans of Pine Valley, Clark County, Wis. He grew to manhood here, went to the Mexican Border with Co. A., and served in the World War and also in the regular army. He has a good position with the Ajax Tire Co. of Racine, where he was employed before his army service, and steadily there since.

The bride is a stranger to people here.

Immediately after the ceremony they started out on an auto trip to visit places about the state, and arrived here Tuesday.

We join with other Neillsville friends of the groom in wishing him and his wife happiness and success.
