Sternitzky, Paul (? - 16 Feb. 1925)

Paul, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Sternitzky, after a lingering sickness, died Monday evening, Feb. 16. He was a bright little fellow and the joy and sunshine of that household; but the Grim Reaper spares neither young nor old, strong or feeble. Everything that human hands could do was done for him, but it was a losing fight, and an all-wise Providence sent his swift winged Messenger and took him across that silent river into that mysterious land that no human eye has ever penetrated.

The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of the entire community in their hour of affliction. Besides his parents, he leaves to mourn his early dismissal, one sister and one brother.

The funeral was held Thursday at the home and interment made in the church cemetery, and his brother, who has gone before, will be placed by his side. Rev. Hasz, pastor of the Maple Works Lutheran Church, officiated.

May this young life that has only budded on earth, blossom in heaven.

W. A.
