Anderson, Ellen (Marriage - 12 Sep 1908)

Mr. Scott Raether and Miss Ellen Anderson were quietly married at the Presbyterian Manse, Saturday, Sept. 12, 1908, Rev. N.F. Chapman performing the ceremony.

The groom, who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Raether, grew up in Neillsville, Clark County and is well known here. He is an industrious young man of good habits and well though of by all. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Anderson of the town of Dewhurst, Clark Co., and while a stranger to the writer, she is most highly spoken of by those who know her.

The groom has an interest in a large farm in Levis known as the Geo. Braman place, which he an his father bought a few years ago. It is reported that he will build a house and carry on the farm. The Republican and Press join with their friends in wishing them success and happiness.
