Campman, Bertha (Marriage - 15 NOV 1904)

Mr. Frank Hemp and Miss Bertha Campman were united in marriage Tuesday evening, Nov. 15, 1904, at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in this city (Neillsville, Clark County), Rev. H. Brandt officiating. The church was filled with wedding guests, a number from outside the city being present at the ceremony. J.H. Walk and Will Campman acted as groomsmen and Miss Emma Tragsdorf and Miss Malvina Walters as bridesmaids. After the ceremony there was a gathering of relatives at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Tragsdorf, where the wedding supper was served.

The groom is one of Neillsville's most popular young business men, and has a host of friends, both social and in business. The bride was brought up in Neillsville and is a young lady of good sense, quiet and ladylike in manner and well liked by all who know her. They will begin housekeeping at once at the Jake Brown house in the east part of the city.
